Entrusted Money

A Serious Card Player

A five or six-year-old boy, sitting at an adult gambling table, with a glass of whiskey nearby, studying his cards.

You entrust your money to banks, God entrusts His money to you. How would you feel if the bank took your money and used it to play the lottery or gamble with it? So, how does God feel? (Tony Evans)

Do we honor God with the money He’s blessed us with? Can the Holy Spirit pry our wallets open when He wants us to help someone or send money to a charity? Or is the money ours, to spend as we wish?

I downloaded this image from Pixabay.com. Seeing a young boy gambling disturbed me. That’s why I chose it.
